What if I want to buy something that isn't on the store? 

If it's achievable in-game, we can probably sell it to you. Contact us on Discord so we can discuss the specifics. 

Similarly, please do not hesitate to contact us on Discord while placing an order if you want things done specifically (set character to Do Not Disturb, take a screenshot, die on purpose during the clear, etc.)

What's with other sellers offering $50 Ultimate clears? 

Sellers who offer Ultimate clears for $50 use automated bots and cheating programs to facilitate cheap clears which puts your account at risk of being banned for illicit activity. As a courtesy to customers and with consideration to the market we offer $50 Ultimate waitlist orders for UCoB UWU and TEA with a maximum 30-day delivery time.

Which data centers do you serve?  

We currently provide content sales on all North American Data Centers (Aether, Primal, Crystal, Dynamis).

Do you offer services for anything other than Savages, Ultimates and Trials?

How quickly will my order be fulfilled?  

While we can usually fulfill your order within 24 hours, if you place the order early in the day (PST), we may be able to complete it the same day. Note that this does not apply for $50 Ultimate waitlist orders. 

Unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay of up to 48 hours.

Can I change my details after placing the order? 

Orders placed through the store must be fully refunded if you wish to change any selections after checkout. Additional details may be added or changed at any time by contacting us directly.

Which methods of payment do you accept? 

We currently only accept Paypal through our store. We can also make arrangements to accept payments through E-transfer, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Payoneer or Xoom. Contact us for more info.

Can I watch my character complete the duties? 

Yes! Many of our clients wish to watch from their character's perspective. Contact us to organize a private stream just for you.

If I have a PSN-only account, how can I buy content?

Contact us on Discord and tell us that you have a PSN-only account. We'll work something out!
